**Description**:
My client, a small successful engineering organisation based in Cumbernauld has an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging facilities
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Raise and match purchase orders
- Arranging travel - flights, car hire, hotels etc
- Update records and trackers
- Deal with suppliers to arrange deliveries
- Providing general admin support to the engineers
- Previous experience of working in an administration role, ideally in a small company where you support with a variety of tasks
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Able to provide high levels of customer service at all times to internal and external customers
- Confident IT skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
