Target recruitment have an excellent temp opportunity available (3month contract) at our client’s depot in the Cumbernauld area
- week commencing 27/03/23.

Working as an admin dispatcher for our client, a day in the life may look like the below:

- Making outbound calls booking technicians into customers (referred to as policy holders) homes in the most timely and effective way possible.
- Provide support to the Policy Holder/Customers during initial notification of claim, giving prompt and accurate advice.
- Liaising with technicians, and check their diary and prioritize the workload to ensure the service level is excellent
- Make a courtesy call to affected persons so that service levels are as proficient as possible
- Immediately report any complaint/problems to the Claims Team Manager, in accordance with the formal complaints procedure Book visits from “visit next due” list so that all jobs are visited.

Experience/skills our client is looking for:

- Administration experience with the use of computer packages (word, excel, Gmail, Simply)
- Good general education.
- Customer service experience is essential due to the nature of work.
- Good communication and ability to work as a team

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
