**Sales Administrator**
£25,000 pa
Temporary to Permanent
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to contribute to our client's commercial success. As a Sales Administrator, you will be learning and assisting in various sales and administrative activities to develop a well-rounded understanding of business operations and customer relations.
**Duties of a Sales Administrator will include**:

- Building good relationships with customers and vendors.
- Ability to negotiate both internally and externally.
- Have knowledge of bespoke products manufactured on-site, and the materials used.
- Following up on prototype approvals with customers.
- Receiving enquiries, and quotations and submitting quotes.
- Receiving of goods and raising of delivery notes.
- Raising and submitting sales invoices.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders - ensuring accurate contract review.
- Liaising with other members of the business, with a continuous flow of information, ensuring products are correct and delivered per KPI's.
- Reading and understanding drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure and practise effective time management.
- Month-end sales closing.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Approving purchasing invoices for payment.
- Constructing the bill of materials in the best usage and cost-effective way.

**Requirements of a Sales Administrator include**:

- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manners.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
