This is an ideal opportunity for any individual that is looking to start an exciting and rewarding career within the drinks process industry. As a Trainee Technical Process Operator, you will follow a 3-year structured training plan, learning all aspects of the Technical Process Operator role. Training will be provided to the successful applicant by qualified and experienced members of the Process team, who are more than willing to pass on their knowledge and expertise. This will ensure after the 3-year training period is complete, the successful applicant will be a knowledgeable, confident, and effective Technical Process Operator.

The Trainee Technical Process Operator role will involve working an annualised 12-hour shift pattern on a '4 on 4 off' basis.

Examples of some of the duties required from the successful applicant:

- Regular testing of the on-site water treatment and effluent plants.
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC's, auto-titrators, spectrophotometers etc to ensure product adheres to strict specifications.
- Performing checks and calibrations on equipment used.
- Manufacture and blending of syrup batches.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure production requirements are met and quality levels are achieved.
- Working alongside production and quality teams to assist in problem solving and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
