Cedar are currently looking for a two Payroll Administrators to join a well established business in Luton on a permanent basis.

5 days per week in the office

Hours: 35 per week
- Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour lunch break

**Salary**: £26,000- £30,000 depending on experience

Main duties:

- Inputting starter information on to payroll system with a high level of accuracy
- Processing leavers
- Issuing tax forms e.g. P45's, P60's
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK checks
- Processing numerous payrolls weekly for over 9000 employees, processing the wages journal, dealing with payroll queries
- Reconciling wages accounts
- Carry out payroll calculations such as Maternity, Paternity, Sickness and Pension
- Be responsible for all statutory requirements including RTI
- Sending information and liaising with HMRC
- Preparing and uploading Auto Enrolment reports (Excel) to Work Place Pension Provider
- Checking timesheets and amend when needed
- Create and analysing reports on timesheet statistics using Excel
- Liaise with the finance department to resolve any issues
- Assist in the running of the weekly payroll operation
- Administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing.

- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Determination to succeed
- Communicates well both in writing and verbally and at many different levels
- Enjoys and is able to work as part of a small team
- Flexible approach to work
- Appreciates that projects need to be completed by deadline
- Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
- Uses judgement to know when to ask for help and guidance
