You will be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring a multi-disciplined team to get the best possible level of productivity.
This will include managing operational performance through 'Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People' (SQCDP) and interpreting relevant KPIs to develop and deliver improvement plans.

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure that customer demands are met, whether internal or external customers, by realising the committed manufacturing plan through the effective management of all available resources - utilising the company processes, policies and procedures
- Lead Capex projects within production, in line with on-time in-budget delivery
- Ensure high standards are adhered to whilst safeguarding margin integrity
- Be visible to customers as appropriate to instill confidence in production capabilities and Operational leadership

**What you'll need**:

- A strong background within operations and manufacturing
Experience of building a departmental strategy in line with the overall business strategy
- Exposure and influence within a senior management team and able to lend skills and knowledge to other areas of the business
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement programmes
- Act with Honesty and Integrity
- Have a focus on Health and Safety at all times
