**Key responsibilities for Head of Customer Services**:

- **Lead, motivate and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.**:

- **Set and monitor team performance targets, providing feedback and support.**:

- **Monitor, report, and analyse customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.**:

- **Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.**:

- **Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.**:

- **Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.**

**Requirements for Head of Customer Services**:

- **At least 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems.**:

- **Proficiency with customer service software and technologies (Zoho Desk would be a bonus).**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**
