**UE03 £21,978 to £22,681 per annum (A revised salary range for this grade of £22,214 to £24,248 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024) **, plus 5% Premium Band Uplift**

**The Opportunity**:
The team provides professional, highly visible frontline services including; student welfare, safety, security, and logístical services across our residential estate to ensure our student residents and all service users have safe and well-maintained accommodation.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:
Experience on a helpdesk or similar environment, offering response services to customers and members of the public

The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

The ability to show initiative and to act on that initiative where necessary

Ability to convey, accurately and succinctly, verbal and written communications

Must have a valid driver’s licence
