**About the role**

n-compass are looking to recruit a Young Persons Counsellor covering the Fylde and Wyre area. The role is to work with young people on a 1-2-1 basis, to identify and explore any emotional/mental health and wellbeing issues.

**About you**

We are looking for qualified counsellors with/or working towards BACP accreditation, who are passionate about supporting young people. We are looking for people with; working knowledge of the legislative framework relating to counselling and young people, the ability to develop and facilitate therapeutic group work and experience of solution focused counselling working with individuals and families who are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing issues. Most importantly, we are looking for people who are highly motivated, hardworking, flexible and who really want to make a difference.
