**About us**:
The Garden Room at Annett’s Garden Centre will be reopening soon under new ownership and a new breakfast/lunch menu, speciality coffee and a selection of treats.

We are a family run business on a mission to create a warm and welcoming environment for customers and team members alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and plate up dishes to specification, ensuring consistency in everything you do
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryer, hot plate, hob and oven safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- In-depth understanding of food hygiene and general health and safety
- Good personal hygiene, reporting to work in appropriate kitchen attire
- Uphold health and safety requirements with particular attention to understanding dietary requirements and preferences
- Assist with basic kitchen responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to help all team members perform efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail

**Experience**:
An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to develop yourself is the most important thing to us However, we are on the look out for people with 1+ years of kitchen experience, to include
- Preparation of raw meat and vegetables
- Operating gas cooker, fryers, hot plate and other kitchen appliances
- Experience with serving hot food, particularly breakfast items
