Gas and Heat Pump Installer

Our client, a national renewables provider are looking for a number of trainee/ heat pump installers to join their growing team covering the Leicester and surrounding area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install air source heat pumps
- working in occupied properties
- plumbing and heating experience will be an advantage, as training will be provided
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during installation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong heat pump or heating aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Note: Previous experience as a heat pump installer or in a plumbing/ gas role is essential.
