As the Air Source Heat Pump Technical Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing our air source heat pump (ASHP) department.

  • Working hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 am - 16:45 pm and Friday 08:00 am - 16:30 pm.
Your Responsibilities as Air Source Heat Pump Tchnical Manager:
  • Supervising ASHP projects across our coverage area.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our operations team and clients.
  • Managing surveys and heat loss designs carried out by our Surveyor and Design teams.
  • Coordinating work-in-progress checks, post-installation inspections, and desktop audits to maintain quality.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with industry standards and company accreditations.
  • Collaborating with Installations Managers to recruit and develop our heat pump delivery team.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proven experience in air source heat pump design and installation.
  • Formal or manufacturer heat pump training.
  • Commercial awareness, including financial and contract management.
  • Gas safe registration and experience are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in installation management for funded schemes such as ECO would be advantageous.
