They have grown due to their diverse approach and exhibit strong company values.Role:As an Heating Engineer you will perform Planned Preventive Maintenance as well as Reactive MaintenanceAs an Heating Engineer you will perform mechanical maintenance across many aspects on site including combi boilers, pipework, taps, toilets, heating systems, plant roomsYou will also perform small installations across the sitePart of your role will involve assisting in project planning, estimation, and stock control of critical Electrical /mechanical / building fabric sparesAs a Heating Engineer you will ensure all work completed is compliant and in line with health and safety regulationsYou will also ensure that you offer great customer service Duties:As an Heating Engineer you must hold relevant qualifications within Mechanical engineer installations e.g. City & guilds level 3 in Plumbing and HeatingHolding a qualification in domestic gas would be an advantageYou must have experience in a similar role performing maintenance across a large estateGood written and verbal communication is a mustMust hold a full UK driving license
