**Web Designer & Social Media Content Creator**

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week over 5 days)

**Salary**: Negotiable + Annual Performance-Based Bonus

**The Role**:
We're on the hunt for a versatile Web Designer & Social Media Content Creator to help with our digital expansion. This role is a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and digital marketing savvy, perfect for someone passionate about crafting engaging online experiences and driving e-commerce success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop an new e-commerce website from conception to launch, transitioning from our current platform.
- Implement and maintaining SEO strategies to maximize visibility and drive traffic to the new website.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms (especially TikTok and Facebook) to promote our website and sell products directly on their respective e-commerce platforms.
- Regularly review and adjust the balance between website maintenance and social media content creation based on performance and goals.
- Provide occasional IT support to our team, ensuring smooth operation and addressing technical needs.
- Continually update skills and knowledge in web design, social media trends, and e-commerce strategies.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with an ability to produce visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and basic photography skills.
- Familiarity with building and maintaining e-commerce websites, including SEO optimization.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Facebook, for e-commerce purposes.
- Willingness to tackle ad-hoc IT tasks and provide support to our team.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
