**Description**
The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include:
- Support the Organisational Development team with a variety of projects
- Coordinate and oversee the Peer Learning Programme and Performance Management systems
- Work with external suppliers for learning activities
- Work with procurement to process purchase orders
- Manage and coordinate the Staff Forum meetings, working closely with the Chairperson
**Profile**
The successful HR Coordinator should have:
- Experience working within a HR environment
- Experience advising on day to day workforce procedures and policies
- Ability to build effective relationships with all level of stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and to project deadlines
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
