In 2020 we opened our newly refurbished premises in Vale Rise, providing a 10 car showroom, state of the art Workshop and reception area providing a professional working environment and first class Customer Experience.
**About you**
**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to customer inquiries, assess their needs, advise and record accurately customer requirements on booking system.
- Provide accurate information about the services offered by the company.
- Schedule appointments for customers and follow up with them to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep customers updated with progress and advise on work required, pricing work and offering appropriate estimates.
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide advice on how to best use the services offered by the company.
- Accurately invoice Customers for Service and repairs, taking payment on completion

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 with 30 minutes for lunch, and one in three Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00 on Rota.
