As **Store Supervisor**, you’ll team up with store management to help our Ashford retail space meet and exceed its sales targets. You’ll become a shining example of how to build and maintain customer relationships while maintaining the highest brand standards in selling, product presentation and merchandising.

With your guidance in product, people and service planning, our store and its Sales Associates will become a model for the ASICS retail experience. You’ll ensure that everyday tasks are completed diligently while influencing the processes behind them.

Based at our Ashford, as part of the role you’ll:

- Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks.
- Ensure all cash handling is accurate, and checkout experiences are optimised.
- Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation and promotional activity standards.
- Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.
- Manage back-of-house operations and share store cleaning duties where required.
- Partner with management to ensure that all retail-related tasks are completed in good time.

**What we’re looking for**
- Two years’ experience working in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
- Availability to occasionally work outside store opening times.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 35 per week
