**SALARY: £25.06 - £31.61 PER HOUR (INCLUSIVE OF PLANNING, PREPARATION AND LEAVE ENHANCEMENT)**

Our Bridge to Engagement programme focusses on re-engaging young people with learning difficulties, including social, emotional, mental and health issues with education. We provide support for a continuum of needs to prepare our learners for life, education and employment by taking specific needs into account on an individual basis.

Our high quality newly invigorated facilities at our Downham Market campus are designed to truly embed learning and enable our students to succeed in their next step, whether this be further education, work or life in general.

This is a challenging role and is ideally suited to someone who is confident in managing behavioural issues and working with high needs learners.

Due to continued growth in Foundation student numbers and relocation of our bridge to Engagement to Downham Market we are looking to recruit additional Part Time Hourly Paid Lecturers to our team. Here at CWA we are proud of the work that we do to support young people with learning difficulties to access courses to support them to achieve independence and go onto either further study or employment.

Our Foundation students are an important and welcomed part of the community here at CWA. The Foundation team are passionate about their learners and ensure that they have access to the best opportunities.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 10 or above (£32,384 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 37 days per year for curriculum staff,** plus** five College closure days, **plus **Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time, paid for hourly paid staff), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Teachers' Pension Scheme (current employer contribution is 23.68%), discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle to work scheme. CWA focusses on staff well-being and utilises both internal and external resources, such as a well-being committee and access to a free and confidential counselling helpline as well as comprehensive training and development.
