Computer Operator

Duties:
- Organise and manage computer files and data effectively
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping tasks
- Computerise data entry processes for efficiency
- Type documents and reports accurately
- Perform clerical duties to support office operations
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Strong organisational skills to manage computer files efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial tasks is advantageous
- Excellent typing skills to input data accurately
- Ability to perform administrative and clerical tasks effectively
- Knowledge of data entry procedures and practices
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Freelance, Graduate, Internship
