Due to growth and our success, we are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Scottish Depot.

**The Role**

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimising storage space, and ensuring efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing warehousing and distribution operations, including the security of the depot.
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments.
- Organising and maintaining inventory levels.
- Utilising our inhouse system to track stock movement and update inventory records.
- Coordinating with our head office and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Supervising warehouse staff and providing training as needed.
- Implementing and enforcing safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with other departments to fulfil orders and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conducting regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Ensuring process and processes are maintained while driving continued growth of the business.

**Qualifications / Experience Required**
- Previous warehouse management experience.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Ability to operate forklift effectively.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills
