Vacancy Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant Administrator to work within the management team for Children and Family Services. In this role you will be working in a team of business support to complete tasks for the Head of Service and Service Managers.

This is a full time role over five days and will include:

- Provision of a range of administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Children and Family Services and Service Managers
- Efficient and timely diary management
- Arranging and minuting meetings
- A range of financial tasks using Agresso

You will need good communication and organisational skills but most importantly is a willingness to play a part in a busy team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the work of Children and Family Services. There is also the opportunity to study for a Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship alongside your role.
