We are currently looking for an organised and motivated Sales Support Executive to support our growth.

**Role Responsibilities - Sales Support**:
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic to join our Customer Service team. We have a fast-paced team environment where the ability to engage with colleagues and customers alike is paramount. We have a professional but down to earth and hardworking environment, in which you will be the main point of contact for any customer queries, will work alongside the Sales teams to process orders and proactively coordinate shipment logistics to ensure smooth deliveries across the world.
- Sales order processing and data entry through our CRM system
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal departments
- Discuss and understand order requirements with both colleagues and customers to ensure we meet the client’s needs
- Liaise with couriers and all delivery enquiries
- Assist other departments regarding the sales process and resolve any post-sales issues for customers
- Verify the validity of customer information ensuring details are correct
