**About Your Role**
- Stanley Park Road is our new state of the art residential service based in Wallington in the London Borough of Sutton that offers individualised accommodation and support with a mixture of one-bedroom single occupancy and two-bedroom shared flats.
- This bright, modern residential setting offers the benefit of individualised accommodation with a bespoke, person centred support package tailored to someone’s needs and goals.
- You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
- You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
- You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

**Next Steps**
- Once you’ve applied you’ll have a call with our dedicated in-house recruitment team to find out more about the role.
- You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
- If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
- You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
