Job Title: Multi Trader

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various skilled trades tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
- Carry out repairs and installations in residential properties.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
