**Job Title: Multitrader**

**Location**: Romford, London

**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Multitrader to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman duties.
- Assess and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Multitrader or similar role.
- Strong skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UK driving license and own transportation.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
