**Position**: Multitrader

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties managed by ABC Gone.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain roofing systems to ensure structural integrity and water-tightness.
- Handle gas-related tasks with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Execute general maintenance duties including painting, carpentry, and drywall repair.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, roofing, and gas systems.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
