We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our dynamically growing business at our facility in Atherstone, Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, who possesses a passion for training coordination, sourcing, and administration. The role also involves the monitoring of Data Protection/GDPR compliance throughout the company.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all staff in all areas are fully trained to current SOP’s
- Identifying skill gaps within the working SOP’s and work with the compliance team to update and implement.
- Identifying skill gaps within the workforce and sourcing training courses to fulfil those gaps.
- Determine and develop training plans.
- Coordinate the execution of the training.
- Consult with external training providers.
- Carryout regular reviews to ensure training is up to date.
- Creating and promoting GDPR best practice.
- Review and ensure compliance of data protection clauses.

**Experience**:

- Initiative-taking and able to work with mínimal direction.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and get on to achieve the required goal.
- Highly organised and IT proficient.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Clean DBS check within the last 3 years.

- Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year dependent upon experience.
