This an outstanding opportunity for an Administrator to join our Service Support team in Epsom. You will manage all aspects of the contract’s administration, working collaboratively with our customers and internal teams and ensure that all tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner. This team plays a vital function in supporting service engineers, implementing processes, and coordinating with cross functions.

This role will be based at our Epsom site with the potential of working from home one day per week.

**What you will accomplish together with us**
- Supporting the team with the contract’s administration needs including, renewals, deletions, amendments etc.
- Working with customers and internal departments to ensure client orders and invoices are processed correctly and on-time.
- Maintaining good communication with Service Support team, querying issues | concerns, and working together as a team to provide the best service.
- Updating and checking SAP regularly, ensuring information is accurate.
- Running regular reports to check information is correct and find any discrepancies that could lead to delays further down the line.

- Previous experience in SAP is desirable.
