**Night Guest Services Team Leader**:
The Guest Service team are the face of the hotel, they set the tone of Grand Hospitality by welcoming and fulfilling the needs of our guests. As Night Guest Team Leader you will bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again.

The hours for this role are 40 hours spread over 4 days.

**What you will do**
- Motivate the team by leading from the front with confidence; being dynamic and positive at all times
- Responsible for making sure the hotel remains secure throughout the night while providing support to the hotel team
- Carry out regular checks around all areas of the building, taking appropriate action to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and general appearance are maintained
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible
- To be fully conversant in all hotel and local amenities, and be polite, courteous and helpful to guests at all times
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel is essential.
- Warm and genuine nature, someone who can make people feel at ease
- To be able to confidently, clearly and politely pass information to all guests
- Promote a positive attitude and display the ability to ‘make things happen’ to achieve or exceed anticipated results
