How would you like to be part of an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly team while making a difference to the children and young people of Medway?

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the Early Help Transformation Team.

You will be required to provide complete and comprehensive administration support, dealing efficiently with telephone and other queries, arranging and minuting meetings, and ensuring accurate records are produced within timescales. A large proportion of the workload will relate to the collation, entry and response to data within the team and wider service.

You should have experience of providing a comprehensive administrative support service to multiple teams. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and Teams. The role requires good teamwork as well as the ability to work independently to meet the needs of the service. You will have an eye for detail and the skills to interrogate and interpret. You will be organised and able to prioritise when there are lots of different tasks to complete.

You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths, together with NVQ3 in Business Administration and/or equivalent experience.
