**We are recruiting for proactive & positive Finishing/Production Assistants to join our International team at the Gateshead site, situated in Team Valley.**

**The Role: - **Within our carton production area, working as part of a team, the main responsibilities of the role are (but not unlimited to)...

**Responsibilities: -**
- Supporting the machine operatives in achieving departmental KPI's (machine productivity and efficiency, waste, quality, customer service levels and Health & Safety)
- Meet and maintain quality & output levels
- Compliance to the company quality standards (BRC-IoP/ISO), H&S and Environmental standards
- The accurate and efficient control and completion of quality documents, filing and good housekeeping practices
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Support in any other reasonable duties as requested

**Essential skills: -** We require individuals with an excellent standard of English both in oral and written areas. Pre-employment assessments (Health & Safety) will be required to assess your suitability for the role.
