**Job Type: Perm**

**Hours**:

- 09:00 - 17:00
- Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by handling a variety of tasks in our fast-paced and busy office environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Good Telephone Manner: Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing incoming calls from our temporary workers. Respond to their inquiries, concerns, and sensitive queries with a polite and reassuring demeanour, even during high-pressure situations.
- Handle Incoming Calls and Queries: Act as the first point of contact for temporary workers, providing friendly and professional assistance with their payroll-related questions and issues.
- Proactive Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to gather essential data from workers, ensuring their details are up-to-date and accurate for seamless payroll processing.
- Maintain Composure Under Pressure: Thrive in a busy office environment with a high volume of incoming calls and queries. Remain calm, composed, and focused while efficiently addressing worker needs.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Empathy and Patience: Display a high level of empathy and patience while addressing the concerns of temporary workers, regardless of their emotional state.
- Multi-tasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and provide the best customer service experience.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

**Experience**:Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related fields will be advantageous but not mandatory.
