We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a junior sales assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the business development team in achieving their goals and objectives. You will work closely with sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.

Sales Support: Assist the business development team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, quotes, and proposals. Help maintain customer databases and update sales records. Collaborate with sales team to prepare presentations and sales materials.

Sales Reporting: Compile and analyse sales data to generate reports for the business development team and BM management. Monitor sales trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.

Market Research: Assist with market research activities, including gathering information about competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences. Help identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team and other departments to achieve overall sales objectives. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless flow of information and support across the organisation.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of the sales process. Stay updated on industry developments and new product features.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the business development department, such as scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and managing correspondence.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the Head of Business Development. Contribute to the overall sales goals of the organisation through proactive sales efforts.
