To perform gardening tasks, e.g., strimming, weeding, grass cutting, grass collection and litter collection, to ensure the agreed operating standards are maintained.

To repair any draws doors, mirrors that is requested by housekeeping Manager.

To carry out landscaping and tree felling in line with summer and winter programmes prepared by the Maintenance Manager.

Collection of rubbish and litter, depositing it in the nearest refuse compound.

To propagate and nurture plants for economic reasons.

Proven experience within a similar role is required.

Full clean driving licence required to allow driving of company vehicles when required.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
