Due to the expansion of the serviceswe deliver in-house, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (40 hours per week) CCS Supervisor, based in Workington or Carlisle, with a salary of £36,338 per annum.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Castles & Coasts Services (CCS) Team at CCHA. CCS is our in-house team, which delivers a range of services to our properties and estates. These include responsive and void repairs, electrical servicing, compliance checks and associated works, grounds maintenance and communal area cleaning. The team currently has over 80 members, with a wide range of skills and experience.

**Interviews to be held between: Monday 14th August 2023 and Friday 18th August 2023 at our Workington Office.**

**Salary**: £36,338.00 per year
