As a key member of our Marketing team, you will drive our digital marketing strategy to maximize customer engagement.

**Main Purpose of the Role**

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing activities across various digital channels. Your focus will be on driving new business leads, implementing PPC, Social, and SEO strategies, and using analytics tools to provide valuable insights. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in CRM development, marketing automation, and contribute to the overall enhancement of our product range.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- **Advanced SEO Techniques**: Beyond basic SEO/SEM, understanding of advanced SEO strategies like schema markup, backlink analysis, and local SEO. Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- **Digital Analytics and Reporting**:Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console. Ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:Experience with CRO tools and techniques, including A/B testing, user feedback, and conversion funnel optimization.
- **Digital Strategy and Development**: Ability to develop a strategic content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- **Mobile Marketing**: Understanding of mobile marketing strategies including SMS marketing, mobile-friendly website design, and mobile advertising.
- **Digital Advertising Strategy**: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, including programmatic advertising, retargeting, and display advertising.
- **Marketing Automation Tools**:Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, with a focus on lead nurturing and customer journey mapping.
- **Emerging Technologies**:Interest and knowledge in emerging digital marketing technologies and platforms, such as AI-driven marketing tools.
- **Sensitivity to Data Privacy and Compliance**:Knowledge of data privacy laws (like GDPR) and how they impact digital marketing strategies.
- **Presentation and Communication Skills**:Excellent presentation skills for communicating digital marketing strategies.

**Technical Skills**
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
- Social media campaign set up and management (LinkedIn and Facebook).
- Advantageous but not required: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Required coding knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for website content management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work with web development teams and understand technical SEO aspects.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Digital Marketing Degree or Equivalent
- 3 years experience in relevant field

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, projects, and schedules.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Seach Console.
- Setting up and managing paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity in basic website coding: CSS, JavaScript and technical SEO.
- Working knowledge of schema mark up and backlink analysis.
- Experience working within a team structure on shared objectives.
