We are looking for a passionate and creative **Design Executive** who is looking to become part of a fun and growing team within a truly rewarding and valued working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Social media. Create engaging content for the Monarch Facebook, Twitter & Instagram pages. Input and adhere to the Social Media Campaign plan with the aim of significantly increasing followers and engagement across all platforms.
- Creation and design of offline assets - brochures, leaflets, instruction manuals, trade publication adverts.
- Creation and design of online assets - banners, social campaigns, trade publication adverts.
- Responsible for keeping all literature up to date, in keeping with Monarch brand guidelines.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with project work to ensure deadlines are achieved and are within budget

You will have experience of working to design briefs and will use your transferable skills to create a diverse range of engaging and interesting marketing materials for use across multiple platforms_._
