- Providing support panels and committees as required
- Contributing to the outlining and testing of additional electronic workflow processes
- Writing and systematically updating process documentation. Responding accurately and efficiently to general membership enquiries within agreed timeframes, thereby assuring excellent levels of customer service
- Providing detailed advice on membership grade eligibility
- Liaising with senior volunteers who carry out with membership review activities
- Assisting other team members and colleagues across IChemE
- Carrying out registration activities on behalf of regulators
- Ensuring adherence to regulator and IChemE requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives; performing root cause analysis on issues and putting in place corrective actions
- Produce reports and analysis as required
- Support CPD sampling activity
IChemE is an international membership organisation and activities often take place outside of normal working hours. The job holder must be willing to attend and participate in such activities and associated travel. Additionally, the job holder will be required to liaise with colleagues located in different time zones on an adhoc basis to meet the needs of the business.

**Other information**:
This is a permanent role based on 37.5 hours per week working full time Monday through to Friday, although flexibility may be required to meet business needs. The position is based in the Rugby UK office (CV21 3HQ), we are currently working to a minimum of three days from the Rugby office and the remainder working from your UK home location.
Starting salary will be between £23,500 - £24,500 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits which includes an excellent pension scheme.
