**The Role**:
M&G Trustee Company Limited (MTCL), a wholly owned M&G subsidiary company, offers the fiduciary and agency services in the debt capital markets space.
The business has consistently been growing and there is a requirement for a dedicated business resource to support the expansion and execution of the corporate trust business outside the UK, with initial focus on the Italian market.
The Senior Relationship Manager will act as main point of contact with new and existing client and will both support new opportunities and product development and maintain and manage the existing portfolio. The position will report to the Head of Italy forcorporate trust.
**Key Responsibilities for this role**:

- Contribute to identify and pursue growth opportunities for the corporate trust business in Italy and support the implement the relevant corporate trust solutions with initial focus on trustee and agency roles and corporate services provider roles
- Participate to the implementation of marketing opportunities
- Onboard new business, including KYC review and document review and execution
- Act as main point of contact with the client both at inception and during the life of the deal and ensure prompt and excellent execution. Identify and promote new business opportunities
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.

**Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Fluent Italian
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Ability to support the establishment and development of the relevant products in Italy
- Ability to support the development and maintain a network of contacts in the corporate trust/corporate services space and ability to generate opportunities
- Very good understanding and proven track record in the corporate trust/corporate services business products in Italy and generally of the capital markets space
- Ability to manage the onboarding and execution of the relevant products including document review
- Interest in business development and client management space
- Existing client's network is a plus
- Ability to support the implementation and execution of new products
- Previous experience in onboarding new business (e.g., reviewing and negotiating the underlying documentation, KYC assessment etc) and developing and implementing new products. A legal background is no necessary but desirable
