We are currently recruiting for an organised and target focused **Reservations Agent** to work within our fast-paced Revenue team.

The Hilton Bournemouth is a modern, stylish hotel boasting 177 designer bedrooms, the popular SkyBar, destination restaurant - Schpoons and Forx), Eforea Spa and attractive Leisure facilities ideally located right in the centre of Bournemouth.

**About the role**:
As a Reservations Sales Agent you will support the Groups C&E Manager to ensure the hotel meets its revenue targets and other business objectives. Your duties will include:

- To proactively sell the hotel facilities to ensure the budgeted figures are achieved/exceeded.
- Handle all enquiries and bookings, offering a personal service as per the standard operating procedures.
- As a member of the Reservations Team maximise conversion and revenue for rooms and meeting room sales
- To make individual & group bookings
- To be involved in sales activities, to ensure the successful launch and continued business success of the hotel
- Communicating and liaising effectively with other departments within the hotel

**About you**:
We are seeking an individual who is customer focused and has an excellent command of both verbal and written (to GCSE level or equivalent) English. You must also be able to demonstrate you are/have:

- Reservation or front desk experience
- An organised approach to work with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of situations and make decisions
- Computer literate (preferably with OnQ experience)
- Ability to listen, to speak and write English clearly
- Clear, professional and articulate telephone manner

**Salary**: £11,532.52 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
