**We’re looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join the Learning & Development team in London.**
- Here's what you will be doing:_
- Delivering full onboarding experience to UK new starters, driving continuous improvement to provide best-in-class onboarding
- Conducting needs analysis and audience research, designing and delivering training, development, and performance support solutions that meet organisational and individual needs (both face-to-face and virtual)
- Working closely with a wide range of business stakeholders to execute the L&D strategy
- In partnership with our compliance team, you’ll create digital courses and resources for regulatory training
- You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees about a range of L&D interventions to support delivery of departmental goals and personal objectives
- You’ll evaluate learning interventions to measure business impact and quality of training, gathering data and responding in an agile way to improve our offering
- You’ll use available technology (LMS, onboarding tools) to develop and deliver people-centric, business-oriented and outcomes-focused learning and performance solutions
- We're looking for someone who is:_
- Qualified to CIPD qualification level 3 or above or has equivalent experience in L&D
- Experienced (2-3 years) in designing, delivering, and evaluating training
- A confident presenter and facilitator
- A strong communicator and collaborator, able to engage a range of stakeholders
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems
- Experienced in digital instructional design, using tools such as Articulate or similar
- Experienced in working with data and using the insights to shape L&D strategy and support departmental learning objectives
- Effective at managing projects and programmes, with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical and can solve problems, with the ability to advise on appropriate learning solutions to meet organisational and individual needs
- Qualified in Insights Discovery, with experience of delivering team effectiveness solutions (desirable)

- Be part of a global L&D team working on initiatives across the business
- Be a trusted advisor and provide L&D expertise to the rest of the People team and our managers
- Design and facilitate in-house onboarding, team effectiveness, and business skills training solutions to support the delivery of business objectives
- Create digital learning solutions to support business needs
- Use internal LMS to support learning initiatives, reporting, and the Simply Business learning experience
- Provide data and insights on L&D initiatives and deliver on L&D strategy by making data-driven decisions
- Live our Learning value and be a role model for personal development and learning
- Proactively keep up to date with the latest L&D trends
- Share knowledge, frameworks, and ways of working to improve and align our global training
- Contribute to/lead on L&D projects and initiatives to make sure that implementation is achieved on time and in budget
