My client is a high profile IFA who is continuing to grow and has exciting plans for the future. Due to their growth plans they have an opportunity for an additional Administrator to join their Professional Support team.

Brief description of role and responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities: - Send Letters of Authority and Change of Servicing Letters to Providers - Set up Policy items on the back-office system - Chase providers for policy information - Checking policy information once received, uploading to backoffice system & and pass to relevant Planner

Paraplanning Support: - Daily wrap platform checks, investing monies through submission of peer review - Daily platform pick-up page checks - Monthly negative cash checks - Quarterly rebalance project twice yearly - Aggregated Fees and charges to be preparedfor annual review meetings - Suitability letters within knowledge and experience

Miscellaneous: - Attend Weekly Team Meetings and monthly Open Forum meetings for the Professional Support Team Qualifications: There are no set entry requirements, however you would be expected to have GCSE Grades A-C in Mathematics and English, and haveexcellent IT and Keyboard skills, be accurate, a good communicator with excellent telephone manner.
