Salford Business School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Management and Sport. As a Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning experience, inspiring students, and contributing to cutting-edge research in the intersection of management and sports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions that cover a range of management and sport-related topics.
- Develop and design course materials, assessments, and teaching resources to ensure an enriching learning experience for students.
- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering their academic and personal development.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in reputable journals to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in management and sports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies, incorporating industry trends and innovations.
- Actively participate in academic and administrative activities within the department and the broader institution.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated passion for scholarship, research, and enterprise with a track record of impactful outputs or potential to conduct high-quality research and projects in the field.
- Practical experience in the sports industry is also desirable.
