**As our French Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Export), you will**:

- Utilise your exceptional French language skills to create an impeccable end to end customer experience
- Be the first point of contact for our French customers and support them through every step of their Autosmart journey
- Build strong relationships with our franchisees both in France and internationally
- In French, answer queries, respond to technical questions, handle order and export paperwork, resolve complaints and manage your own customer related projects
- Support colleagues and team members with other non-French country-specific activities as required

**About you**:
You're a people person, a skilled communicator with a real passion for exceptional customer service. You will bring:

- Fluency in spoken and written French
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Strong administration skills, ideally with some export administration experience
- Some previous experience in or knowledge of social media administration/coordination
- Flexibility, positivity, and a desire to learn and grow with our business
- An inquisitive nature, with a knack for quick-thinking and problem-solving
- A superb team ethic
