**BASIC SALARY**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Customer Service Manager, Office Manager, Data Analyst - Engineering Solutions

As a commercially aware Customer Service Manager you will be the hub between all departments including customer service and logistics, providing data, demand planning, analysis, customer service reports and auditing across export, customs, and invoicing. Youwill be the primary point of contact for escalation of customer service issues, bottlenecks and project delays.

As the Customer Service Manager you will also be responsible for:

- The administration of product delivery, supporting the customer service shipping process
- Preparing reports for weekly and monthly reviews
- Leading the administration required for export processes including documentation and internal audits
- Month end compliance

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Customer Service Manager, Office Manager, Data Analyst - Engineering Solutions

You will have experience in an Administration or Customer Service capacity, preferably from an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or logistics background.

You will have:

- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
- Experience of an ERP or CRM System (SAP would be ideal)
- Demonstrable experience of running internal projects to improve processes
- Confidence in influencing internal and external stakeholders and providing information relating to demand management

Any experience of managing or mentoring colleagues will be a bonus, as would any exposure to export sales functions.

Any project management qualifications / business NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or equivalent would also be of benefit.
