Community Engagement Representative

**What you will be doing**
- Assisting the Community Engagement Officer in delivering customer engagement communication, as it relates to the Connexin Fibre build in Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire and surrounding area
- Working closely with the fibre planning team to understand the fibre build plans, in particular the routes and extent of underground work and positioning of telegraph poles.
- Attending virtual and in-person meetings & events within the community
- Planning and organising events in the community
- Putting yourself into the community to understand our customers' needs and wants
- Provide customers with great experience and service
- Dealing with resident complaints that have been escalated to the Community Team
- Companying the Community Engagement Officer on resident meets and escalated complaints
- Assisting with Community Engagement social media
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and delivering community engagement communication
- Provide potential customers with great experience and service
- Overseeing & attending virtual and in-person meetings & events within the community
- Putting yourself into the community to understand our customers' needs and wants
**Ensuring all customer communications**:
- Are of our desired standard and are delivered effectively against strategic, commercial and brand objectives
- Are on product/brand message
- Are customer focused
- Are developed in line with brand guidelines and aligned to brand values
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant governance frameworks
- Always reflect industry best practice
**Essential qualifications, skills, competencies and experience**
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience
- Self-starter, able to achieve KPIs and targets
- Experience of delivering client satisfaction and building a portfolio of clients
