**The Client**
Our client are a leading hire company providing full UK coverage for industrial equipment.
With plans to expand the business further this has presented an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team
**The Role of Service Coordinator**
- To support the Service Department and ensure that all Invoicing is posted within the allocated month to ensure that all charges are captured.
- Goods In all stock for all depots ensuring that suppliers are paid.
- SAP stock levels are maintained (Minimum & Maximum levels) to ensure that all parts are in stock so that machines are repaired and available for hire, showcasing the companies brand and high levels of quality which suit our customers’ needs and deliver best-in-class experience.
- To be a custodian of the companies brand, acting with passion and pride to make the Service Department successful.
- To be a point of contact for other team’ members within the wider business.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Co-ordinating all Annual PPM’s within the due month. Gather all site information including phone numbers. Book in using in-house systems.
- Co-ordinating all Charge Notices for damages. Communicating with the customer and forwarding all the documented evidence and raising invoices when required.
- Co-ordinate “parts only” requests to be sent to site via UPS and ensure the customer has been invoiced all cost.
- Raising of Purchase orders for both internal & external suppliers.
- Goods In process - raising any defects and discrepancies with the relevant supplier.
- Co-ordinate the Service/Repair of all machines, allocating Job Sheets for all internal Engineer's using in-house system (InspHire).
- Raising any warranty claims with the supplier.
- Invoicing and assisting with any queries should they arise.
- SAP stock levels are maintained (Minimum & Maximum levels).
- Ensuring KPI’s are met.
- Ensuring that all process is adhered to and offering suggestions where improvements can be made.
- Forward thinking approach to improving process in an efficient way.
