**Seasonal Space Planning Assistant**

An opportunity to join our Events & Flexible Space team and provide support across a number of key areas of responsibility including team planning, keeping our stakeholders updated and engaged with our plans and owning the competitor analysis process & output across the team.

**As a Seasonal Space Planning Assistant, you’ll**:

- Managing the Seasonal Performance tracker
- Supporting key meetings across the team
- Support the Event Planning Manager with biweekly progress meetings
- Managing the E&FS calendar with operational key dates, wider team events, away days & socials
- Keeping our stakeholders informed of our event plan across the year
- Tracking & Sharing the total view of space with categories
- Raising awareness and engaging with our retail colleagues about upcoming events, how events have landed and any feedback to incorporate into future planning
- Regular competitor activity review with store visits and online activity
- Reviewing insights data and relaying trends back to Events team
- Working with categories to understand their strategies and how our events can play a role in achieving them

**Our Commercial Delivery team would love to see**:

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to effectively engage and work across multiple stakeholders
- Commercial awareness
- Experience with analysing data is a bonus
- Interest in retail with consumer and market knowledge
- Strong Office, Excel, Power Point, and Word skills
