Holmes Education Group is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Officer to manage the recruitment pipeline into our London premises.

Working alongside our Director of Global Engagement, Director of Admissions and Director for Business Development, you will be tasked with achieving ambitious recruitment targets via a network of student recruitment agents in the UK, building relationships with feeder partners in the London area and co-ordinating our direct marketing activities for Holmes Education Group. In this newly created role, you will have a wide scope to implement tactical sales and marketing activities, under the guidance of our experienced team of sales, marketing and recruitment managers.

We have an exciting new MSc in Information Systems (online and face-to-face) which we require marketing throughout the United Kingdom, though especially in the London region.

This is very much a hands-on role. You will be involved with agents and students on a daily basis, working alongside staff based overseas as well as our senior teams based in London and Australia. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience of sales, student recruitment or marketing in an education setting - this role would particularly suit someone at the start of their career in student recruitment.

Skills and Attributes
- **A Natural Salesperson**: You will be selling on a daily basis and must love chasing down ambitious sales targets.
- **Organised and Meticulous**:You will need to use the technology available to stay on top of your pipeline.
- **Leadership Skills**:The ongoing motivation and development of the team is a key aspect of this role - you will be the sales champion for our London activity**.**
- **Industry Knowledge**: You should possess knowledge of the Higher Education market in the UK, particularly in relation to domestic students and online programmes.
- **Service Oriented**: You respond quickly and accurately to a range of enquiries from colleagues and customers alike.
- **Digital Skills**: You will have a broad understanding of the social media platforms used by our target audience, and will be able to advise on the best way to utilise these channels to engage current and future students.

The role is based full-time in our London office, but you will expected to be regularly on the road. Home/remote working is not available with this position, and there may be an expectation of some overseas travel in the future.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
