Job title: Cover Supervisor (Full Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our secondary school team. Working alongside a supportive leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our students receive the best education possible, even when their regular teacher is absent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage classrooms of students aged11-18
- Ensure that students are motivated and engaged throughout the lesson
- Manage behavioural issues in line with school policies

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working with secondary school students in a supervisory or teaching capacity
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers to ensure that pre-prepared lessons are delivered effectively
- Passionate about improving education outcomes for all students

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
